11 has now been officially unveiled as the company's newest flagship phone — weeks after being a part of the rumour mill.

 Xiaomi is often the first company to launch phones with new Qualcomm Snapdragon processors (even if it's only by a week or two), and the new Snapdragon 888 will be no exception. 

The company didn't reveal many more details about these phones besides saying they'll bring "many incredible breakthroughs". 

 

 The Mi 11 is also the first smartphone to debut with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC AND miui 12.5 that was unveiled earlier this month and is expected to power a list of premium phones early next year. Apart from the top-notch processing through the latest Snapdragon SoC, the Mi 11 is also claimed to feature Xiaomi's most advanced display.

Xiaomi Mi 11 With Snapdragon 888 2k Display Launched Mobile price has been set at CNY 3,999 (roughly Rs. 45,000) for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant, while the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage model carries a price tag of CNY 4,299 (roughly Rs. 48,300) and the top-of-the-line 12GB RAM + 256GB storage option is priced at CNY 4,699 (roughly Rs. 52,800).

 

 The phone will be available for pre-orders in China starting 10pm CST Asia tonight, with its sale planned for January 1. It will be available in anti-glare (AG) frost glass finish in Horizon Blue, Frost White, and Midnight Gray, colours. There will also be a vegan leather version in Lilac Purple and Honey Beige shades. Xiaomi has not provided a word on its global launch.

he company announced on Weibo (via Android Central) that it will be launching its new flagship, the Xiaomi Mi 11,120hz refresh rate on Dec. 28 at an event in China. Xiaomi will also probably launch a more powerful version of the phone, dubbed the Mi 11 Pro, at the same event. 

These two phones have the distinction of being powered by the most powerful Qualcomm chip ever, the Snapdragon 888. We'll probably see the same chip in some variants of Samsung's upcoming flagship phone, the Galaxy S21, which is likely launching in January. 

 

Xiaomi hasn't announced a date for the global launch of these two phones, but it will probably happen in January.
